Chemistry of Allerex
Our body recognizes protein allergens by its external shape. Protein is made of a string of amino acids. When protein is denatured, the strand of amino acid is "teased" apart hence changing the shape. Without the original shape, our body fails to recognize the protein as an allergen, thus avoiding a trigger of allergic reaction.
